How to Place an Order?

Please fill out our custom order form with your name, email, event date and any inspiration/design photos you've seen that you'd like to incorporate into the design! We'll get back to you within 2 days with some designs and quotes!

Order Guidelines:

- Please provide as much notice as possible! We kindly ask for 2-3 weeks notice, but more is always better to ensure your date is available, and to allow enough time to properly plan and design your order

​

- Sweet Selena's Desserts will NOT replicate any cake photos - all photos sent and exchanged during the designing process will only be used as inspiration; certain elements may be the same or very similar, but the exact design will not be copied 

​

- Your order is secured with a non-refundable 50% deposit; orders are taken on a first come first serve basis; failure to send your deposit in a timely manner may result in your date no longer being available

​

Last Minute Orders

Orders placed with less than 1 weeks notice are subject to an additional "last-minute" fee

Are you Nut Free?

Sweet Selena's Desserts is not a allergen free bakery (gluten, dairy, egg and nut); We can make desserts that do not contain those products, but the risk of cross contamination is always present, despite our best efforts

PICKUP HOURS: THURSDAY - MONDAY from 11 am - 6 pm

What is the Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel your order at any time, however your deposit is non-refundable if less than 2 weeks notice is given 

Your order can also be postponed to a new date, provided we have received enough notice and that we have availability for the new date

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer delivery on a first come first serve basis; please inquire for a delivery quote

Delivery is calculated based on your distance from us

Delivery Times: 11 am - 6 pm

A cell number is REQUIRED for deliveries

All remaining balances MUST be sent prior to delivery; we will not begin the delivery without full payment - Sweet Selena's Desserts is therefore not responsible for a late delivery due to this fact

Someone must be at the delivery location to receive the order; If we're unable to complete the delivery due to this fact, we will return to the bakery and you will have to arrange for pickup

How do Pickups Work?

We are currently offering contact-less pickups! Ring the doorbell, and your order will be brought out to a table by the front door, along with an instruction card to answer any questions you might have!
